Emerald card are a bunch of lying crooks. They've held money from me for over a week. They keep lying to me. Everytime i get on the phone with them I find out what the previous person told me wasn't true. I am really tired of calling every day and getting lied to and with no consequences. I just want my tax returns that were suppose to be put on my emerald card. I want them to take responsibility for their actions and care that they are screwing people over. People that need that money to live.
