We have been using our emerald card for our direct deposit for over 4 years. We generally have no issues. This week neither my check nor my husband's checks deposited when they normally do. When you call the customer help number that is on the back of the card it says the check is pending. So we hit the speak to representative button, we asked the customer service person why it wasn't posting she said she couldn't see it. After much of the same run around we asked for a number to the bank or someone with access to see what is going on. We called that number this person kept arguing that it was from an issue on our depositors end and they must have sent it to the wrong account, even after telling her their phone system said it was pending.

After all this she said she would send us to a supervisor visor and then it just rang and rang. Yup happened all three times we called.

STOP out sourcing! Well lesson learned, time to find a real bank with non-outsourced customer service that is actual customer service. One that allows their customer service to view the information that their phone recording system has. And give actual assistance.
