I took the morning off on 3-30-16 to get my taxes done at the Knightdale NC H&R block. I arrived a few minutes before 9 . It was dark inside, but the door was unlocked.
I was saying hello wondering if someone was there. A lady came out of the back. I told her I had a 9:00 appt.Her response was the receptionist wasn't there yet. The lady got in about 5 minutes later.She was running late and didn't know any passwords or how to get into her computer. I heard her make a call to someone at 9:13
that her 9:00 was there. When she got off the phone I asked her if the lady was running late, she said she says she has the day off today. By this time with the lack of professionalism and customer service I told them I was going somewhere else. I have been to H& R block and this location doesn't represent who you are at all. I will not ever go to that location again. Speaking with my co-workers they have not had good experiences there as well. I felt you should know how they are called conducting themselves at this location. I did make a appointment with a different H&R block in Raleigh my brother referred me to, hoping it is a different experience.
