I had my taxes done on March 14th 2019 and was very dissatisfied with the service. I am single and make $14.50 per hour and have a simple return. I have been a customer for three years, and I paid $140.00 last year to file. I was charged $288.00 to file this year. I left there very upset, and I feel like I was taken advantage of.
