I had an appointment to file my taxes today at H&R Block, the Franklin location in Sussex County NJ. I've been going here fo 3 years now, always returning because I was very satisfied with the service. I arrived early, and while waiting with my family, including my wife and two children, my wife had stepped out with my son because he was running around (he is one) and I continued to wait with my 5 yr old daughter who was coloring quietly next to me. The tax representative Joann Coan also the woman who I was supposed to be working with, had stepped out into the waiting room and found it necessary to tell me not to bring anyone with me in the future. The woman behind the desk as well as the others in the waiting room were all extremely displeased with her comment. I asked to reschedule with another tax consultant.
