Chelten Ave phila pa location/My tax preparer was Joyce Myers and the date filed was 2/3/18 and she failed to ask all proper questions so...I waited 4 weeks to get a letter from the IRS to tell me what I was missing including the 1095 form...in the 4 weeks I called the office I spoke to the manager Elaine and JM and on about 3 different occasions was told my taxes are processing...which I found to not be true...then I refilled on 3/3/18 with the tax preparer JM as she filled out the 1095 another representative spoke to her...she spelled my name wrong on the form...I realized later...again...waiting...now going on 4 more weeks...The supervisor Elaine did not return my call after checking with her on Mon 3/26/18 ...stated she was very busy...I left a message for her yesterday 3/28/18 and still did not receive a call back and I will now like to escalate this because this office is very unprofessional and has not returned my call to tell me anything yet...the second time I had to pay an additional $25 along with my taxes now being a less amount...I am very upset and I would like assistance and will find a way to reach corporate...if this is not how...please help...I have filed my taxes at this office for years...I moved to west phila and came all the way to Germantown to have this stressful situation occur
