I was told I would be getting a complete tax fee refund because my check was cashed prematurely. The manager of the Ridge road branch of H and R block told me , in person, that this would be happening . Numerous follow up calls were made again and again I was assured that this was going to happen. Today I tried calling again to check up again. I got another person outside the Ridge Rd office and she told me the request was denied weeks ago. First of all , I was not told it was a "request" I was even told to expect a check in 7- 10 days. Second of all , if it was denied shouldn't have I been notified? This has been very troubling, much aggravation. I want some answers or I will be notifying my lawyer. Joe DelVecchio.
