I dropped off my taxes and several weeks later they were not completed. After multiple calls with NO return calls as promised taxes were still not complete. I called on the last day for taxes again! From out of town on a family emergency and they wanted me to come in and sign them. I was told then that they had been finished five days before but I was never contacted. It is the h and r block office in danville pa, #37102. Then I had to pay via credit card or they would not file the taxes. The communication with the business and to me was non existent. I was never dealt with in a professional manner and every person I spoke to had no idea of my previous calls. This service is unacceptable and I would like a refun of services. Sincerely, Daria Vodzak
