I subscribed to the wonderfull world of reading receiving monthly Disney books for my daughter. At first everything was fine until I was being sent bills for books I had never received. I then decided to cancel my subscription and it was then I started getting hassle. The company was still still sending books so I sent them back in to separate parcels both containing letters again asking them to cancel my subscription. A couple of months had gone by I heard nothing which you would expect and then suddenly out of the blue more letters demanding payment of books but no letter of any kind to inform me as to what these books were. So I emailed the company about the books and they told me that it was for the books I had received three months ago. So I replied to inform them I had sent them back but they were still adamant I had received more which I hadn't. I then receive more emails and now they changed the date to 10 months ago but when asked they still cant tell me what the books are called. My details have now been passed on to a debt collection agency which are now hasselling me and i think its wrong because I'm gonna have to pay for something which I never received.
