We have made the mistake of trying to exchange a timeshare with Hacienda Encantada. We were told to sign contract with International Equity resale (Jaclyn Carlson) and pay a $927 broker fee. She in turn referred me to her closing agent to deal with all doc distribution and deal with Mexico escrow since she operates out of Las Vegas allegedly. This person Mark Dawson of International Equity Release over the course of 6 months continued to promise that the buyers were secured and the money is in escrow but several times saying certain docs were late, some were incomplete and needed extra fees to be secured through Mexican govnmt to the tune of just under $1000. To date the property has not been liquidated. Mark Dawson is nowhere to found. Neither Jaclyn Carlson or anyone at Hacienda Encantada will answer the phone or return calls. They promised to sell our timeshare by December of 2016 after we told them this is the only way we could afford to purchase at Hacienda Encantada.
I would strongly urge anyone to walk away from any dealings with Ryan Wolkov, Manolo, Jaclyn Carlson, Mark Dawson or anyone at Hacienda Encantada. Great property run by criminals.
