Why don't people go through the service provider's website before contacting them?

This bastard is totally Fake & Big Fraud. Not done my work, not picking my call and when i send him sms then he now started abusing me and threatening me via sms. He his saying that you cant do anything of mine, i am very clever.

Debojyoti pal is the owner of hackers democracy and he is the scammer who is located in Delhi,India. Pal is an SCAMMER and he always scam who come to him for help. Please don't trust him as it's my personal experience as first he says everything is possible and he says he can hack and provide you the results in avg 3 days.
But after three days he never respond to you after few days just simply he says it's failed and no can't be a possible. Here I am attaching proofs also how he scammed me.
