Registering zain number

My name is hafiz ahsan, i bought zain sim from airport after showing my passport, now after 2 months i want to change package of my sim and it not works and says you are not allowed to, i have visit to zain shop and they said you sim can not be transfered on your iqama plz someone guide me what can i do?
