This review is not for the salon services, because I have only had positive experiences with the salon but the 1 star rating is for the laser hair removal services performed by this lady called Anna. She made me pay for the services in full and advance and I went for 4 treatments with terrible outcomes, my hair on my upper lips started growing at 2 times the previous speed. I told her I do not wish to continue for my services any more and I understand she did 4 sessions so she can keep half of my $360 and return for the half I am not doing she point blank refused and blocked me and refused to answer any more phone calls. I felt humiliated and cheated. I wish I hadn't paid in advance I really could use the money. Hope karma finds and twice as hard. Please do not take her services, her laser machine is fake. She also does some compression shoes/ stalkings I don't know about those.
