Not so much a complaint but a SUGGESTION. First, is anybody from the company reading these or are we just airing our dirty laundry? I wish you had a "CONTACT US" so we could ask a question or make a suggestion. That said, my reason for being here is that it is very difficult to figure out if I saw certain movies 7 months ago. Perhaps this is a TV provider issue, not sure. All the different series have so many different movies that I lose track . At least on Verizon Fios they list the series # AND the episode # and we can keep track that way. Spectrum....(in my vacation home) NOT SO MUCH. The GUIDE on any service provider should show the series and episode. For Hallmark to say "2016 or 2017" is not very helpful. I have to then wonder , do they mean JANUARY OR DECEMBER? I just want a way to keep track of what I watched many months ago. The names sound so similar and familiar and I don't know if that's from looking through the guide or actually watching it. I end up recording it, then seeing if I saw that one. An annoying process. Hallmark: help us to make educated decisions. Mark the series and episode for ALL PROVIDERS ! Thank You. I hope this effort receives some type of response.

I am getting really tired of the baker, the antique dealer, the librarian, the flower shop, the builder! What has happened to all the other movies. Every night it is the same ole thing. I watch your channels all the time and frankly I'm getting sick of the same series you keep playing. What is it with the same movies all the time. Then on weekends u play the same crap all day. Not good. Getting ready to leave. Why watch if same thing all the time? Would u! What's wrong with your CEO,s ?

I think it's time for you to shake things up with programing,,, ur in a boring continuing programing jam and need something new. get rid of monk, less of Jessica, and dm..... and the same ole people the b actors, on the same ole mystery plots,,, and for goodness sakes, quit showing the same ole xmas movies.

There are 4 murder she wrote, 4 matlock, 4 diagnosis murder , 4 monk and only 2 hart to hart. How about airing more hart to hart!! Also there is never any Saturday or Sunday marathons of hart to hart but plenty of the other shows. So please broadcast more hart to hart!!! Thank you!

Maybe you could add a new program to your movies and mysteries time line, such as Magnum P. I. You show the same marathon's every week, so something different would be nice, also on the Hallmark channel some new shows would also be welcome. I mean how many time can a person watch the same episodes of Golden Girls, Cheers and Frazier. Please change it up a bit. Thanks a valued customer

ENOUGH OF THE MONK MARATHONS, I was happy to see a Columbo marathon this past week OMG enough of him already. I am glad to see that you put diagnosis murder back on. PUT ON MORE COLUMBO AND MURDER SHE WROTE AND DIAGNOSIS MURDER MARATHONS. That is one of the main reasons I pay extra to get this channel and it for sure not to watch monk!!!! i did not like that show when it was on. YUCK and stop clogging up sunday with the women on mystery put on some of the older shows they are getting to be too much

What is going on with the MONK Marathons...ENOUGH!!! FINALLY THERE WAS A COLOMBO marathon. What happened to Murder she wrote, diagnosis murder and how about putting some of these on for Sunday all day. Also I did not like the move to put monk on earlier and take off Diagnosis murder really!!! NO THAT IS NOT GOOD AT ALL ACTUALLY MONK NEEDS ONLY AND HOUR 2 AT THE MOST.

I see that there is finally going to be a new Gourmet Detective movie, thank you. I am so tired of the continuous reruns of Garage Sale, Aurora Teagarden and Murder She Baked Mystery Movies. I watch your two channel almost exclusively and can almost recite those movies by heart. Will there be anymore Flower Shop movies with Brooke Shields? What about Jewel's movies, Fixer Upper and the newest one - Emma Fielding Mystery? You have quality shows but really over and over is tiresome. How about Hart to Hart Marathon? I know you do not think it is necessary to respond to people, but hopefully you read these and listen. One more thing exactly what was wrong with The Rockford Files?

What's with all the Monk marathons? It seems you have a Monk marathon every other weekend! Please show something else, like Murder She Wrote, Diagnoses Murder, Perry Mason........ANYTHING but Monk over and over.....

I love Hallmark channel,especially during the holidays, but why is there never an African american lead? They are always the best friend or maybe one or two in the background,but never a lead. It is very bothersome especially in this day and age and I feel like you would grab a bigger audience if you were to do so.

I love that you have two movies every day now instead of Little House. I would like to suggest that you show more movies from past years and not just the ones from the last couple of years over and over. I love your movies and because I pretty much only watch your channel, I have seen each movie from the last few years countless times. I know them by heart. You must have tons of movies in your archive. Please use them!

I love your channel. It's been a long time since you played the original Signed Sealed Delivered weekly shows. They were wonderful. I'd love to see them again on one of the weekend marathons.

First off I love the holiday movies on hallmark channel .. but it's always advertised as holiday movies all day and all night but the thing is that's only partly true because you still have home and family on for 4 hours.. so to me that's false advertising which I think is illegal .. you could say holiday movies on almost all day.. and why does home and family get 4 hours of air time? Does it really get that many ratings? I think an hour would be good enough.. I mean really nobody watches it.. I don't.. I turn the channel when it comes on.. but I'm done complaining now and I can't wait for countdown to Christmas almost all day

My wife and I are so disappointed that you are no longer showing the Rockford Files. We were so excited to have a new old show to watch and you took it away in the first week. I guess we will quit watching your channel earlier than usual this year because we can't stand Christmas shows for a month. Please listen to your customers.

I watch hallmark movies to be uplifted not to watch mystery deaths and killings !!!!! We want movies that are nice, loving with aPositive outcome. If we wanted deaths and mystery we would watch lifetime or TNT. Please takes these Cameron Teagarden mystery movies off of hallmark!!!!! Hallmark movies should be about finding love and keeping it.

Why not show more hart to hart episodes? There are so many diagnosis murder, monk. Matlock and murder she wrote shows on each day, 4 each to be exact. Why are there only 2 hart to hart and only Tuesdays though Saturday's. What happened to airing them on Sunday's and Monday

Your network is ruining Christmas!!! I am end the end of my patience watching your network advertising the “countdown to Christmas” starting at the end of August! I cringe each time I hear the ad for this ridiculous push toward what used to be a special time of the year!
I am only one person, but judging from the feedback I am getting from family, friends, neighbors and acquaintances, I am not the only one who feels this way!
First, we have to endure your silly “Christmas in July” if we want to watch any of the other programs on your network. Then, no sooner is Christmas in July over, and then we start getting your teasers for your networks “made for TV” Christmas movie specials!
You rush every season! So much so that we cannot enjoy the season we are in!!! You are the classic example of blatant commercialism! You do not care about your viewers! You seem to be driven by the almighty dollar!
I have enclosed copies of editorials from the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. One of the letters was penned by me and will give you the prime example of my complaint! I cited how Christmas was always such a special time of the year that the season did not begin until the day AFTER Thanksgiving! That was not “black Friday”. That was the day when the department stores unveiled their Christmas windows, Santa Claus “came to town”, and many cities had their light up nights!
Then, and only then, did the television networks start broadcasting their Christmas specials! The momentum for the excitement of the season built up from there, so by the time Christmas finally came, it was truly special and exciting!! Many of us remember not putting our Christmas tree up and decorating our homes until the week before the 25th!
But you have been inundating the viewers for months with Christmas movies and specials. You have watered down the specialness of the season and taken away the building of the excitement of our holiday. By the time Christmas finally arrives, everyone just really is bored and tired of the whole thing. You have been pushing it for weeks, to the point of “hoe-hum”! We have been over saturated with Christmas and YOU are one of the main culprits!
As I said, I am only one person, but judging by the reactions of all of the people I have spoken to, there are many who agree with me and we have decided to boycott your network until some changes are made and you get a conscious! I will continue my campaign to push my boycott of your network! It is a shame because in most cases, you do have some great programs. But in this case – Shame On You!!

I love all the mystery movies, but there is a seemingly increasing trend toward using a particular word incorrectly. I have noted it numerous times in different movies. The most recent was the Kelley Martin movie, "Redemption" It was noted that a person had been a member of "Army, 5th Calvary" . This was repeated later. The second time the CC gave the right word, "Cavalry", but the actor continued to say the wrong one. This has become a "pet peeve" of mine, as it seems to be creeping in everywhere. I realize this will have to trickle down to the actors and directors, but I'm hopeful. It gives the appearance to being so uneducated. Not worthy of Hallmark.

the very people who are demanding diversity on hallmark, promote such racist organizations as the naacp, and tv shows like bet, sporting organizations, like nfl, and nba who are both almost entirely negros.. The teams should reflect the population statistics, and many many more whites should be legislated to be on these teams,, definitely a quota system should be instituted in these cases, So as for Hallmark , I don't think you have a problem but if you bother certain people, then they can channels and watch bet or sports if they want nothing but negros

I do believe the xmas shows come way too early, and there's bout 3 basic themes of these movies and mostly the same actors, so it all gets stale for sure.I don't watch the mystery movies anymore, again the same thing over and over...what happened to james Rockford, and crockett, and Jessie stone.

let's freshen things up a bit with casting, havethe token negros ,and the add a bunch of rainbow warriors, eskimos, and maybe throw in some dogs and cats..

I am a loyal fan of Hallmark Movies. I watch every holiday special year after year. I also watch Garage Sale Mysteries, Murder She Baked, etc. I'm disappointed that there are no lead actors/actresses of color. Yes, there is the occasional African American sidekick but that is not enough. Come on Hallmak get with the times. Let's see some people, especially women, of color in lead roles.

I stumbled on this complaint board by accident when I was checking that the very similar plot was used by
Mystery Woman after the original story on Murder She Wrote. Hallmark is to be complimented that it
hasn't introduced cursing, gruesome murders, overt sexuality and is reflective of the actual percentage
of the US population in its casting. I agree that the Christmas stories are too many, too soon. Also,
some original story lines would help rather than rehashing movie plots (for example, Garage Sale
Mysteries has introduced newer plots). I question who the individuals are who complain about
diversity, I doubt that they are Hallmark viewers but are possibly planted for their own particular
cause. The great number of commercials on my channel break up continuity and should
be reduced , it would help so much for maintaining interest .

I have enjoyed watching Hallmark Movies for as long as I can remember. However, only one thing bothers me and it's the lack of diversity. Women of color are capable of being more than the white lead actress' side kick. Women of color are romantic, they love, and believe it or not they love holidays and weddings etc. The world is a diverse place and you should reflect that in the stories you tell on your channel.
