Very disappointed with the same sex content. We’ve been huge Hallmark fans but sadly we’ll need to look for an alternative if we continue to see it. Is this direction worth taking? We hope enough people like us who don’t normally make a lot of noise take time to let you know what we’re thinking. You should know Pureflix is gaining market share as people like us start subscriptions to evaluate alternatives. We really hope you will reevaluate. If not, we will.

The lack of diversity is outrageous! There are many different ethnic groups in America yet you chose to only portray one! And when you do portray another race, it's never a main role. You never see a successful minority going home to be with their parents and grandparents to celebrate Christmas in their big spacious house with all the family and friends around. You never see the love interest being a minority! You only see wealthy white families, with all white friends, with all white love interests. When they do have minorities, they are always portrayed as being "alone for Christmas" and needing somewhere to go. They are never portrayed on an equal platform as their white counterparts.
So hallmark get your act together! 40% of America is of a non-white decent and it's about time you represented them!
