I’ve tried to watch Marrying Mr. Darcy twice and I just think the ending is awful. Elizabeth is originally presented as a strong woman. Then she totally falls apart one week before marriage because her fiancé is working too much. Then she gets her way by having two weddings! How stupid! I guess this is just a portrayal of how rich people get their way when they whine and money is no object. The ending would have been better with a compromise. That is the way this marriage should have been portrayed, with love and compromise. Hallmark your story is a let down.
