I had been looking forward for several weeks, to the premiere of "Autumn Dreams." Finally this movie was shown on October 3, 2015 at 9:00 pm, standard time, on channel 62, through Comcast.com., in Lancaster County, PA.
Imagine my disappointment when I discovered that no captions existed. I spent more than one hour trying to solve the problem with Comcast.net.
When the movie ended at 11:00 pm, Comcast found out that the movie actually had no captions, that it was not their problem nor my television's problem.
If there is a movie that Hallmark is advertising to show the audience, and it does not have captions, please either promote the fact that it doesn't have captions or do not show it at all. People with hearing inability then would not be so disappointed. There are many of your viewers who rare unable to hear.
I watch your channel more than any other, but if this continues, I will have to stop being one of your viewers.
Thank you in advance for taking this email seriously.
