Have received two books after I cancelled my membership and told them not to send anymore books. The two books received have been returned, but I have been charged for same book twice, and another invoice (see below). I don't understand how a simple request can be disregarded. I guess once you're on the hook they don't want to let go. Any future shipments of any kind will not be returned, but discarded into the trash. Also, any future invoices will be treated the same way.

Seems strange that the top invoice is for the same book, sent two days apart.
Attn: Mr. John Wilson, V.P. Account Services, All I want from you now is an EMAIL stating that you will not send me any books
or Invoices in the future. I know it's a piddly amount, but if I don't get a response from you within 5 working days, I will send this email to law offices mentioned.
