Is there a Class Action Lawsuit against the "HANDYMAN CLUB OF AMERICA"? I had a "Lifetime Membership" and that cost me around $300.00 or so way back in the 1990's, of I remember the cost correctly. Anyhow, they aren't around and skipped town or went out off business or something - who knows????!!!!????

I sure would like to know because they sure did rip me off.

At least I got my leather jacket after I threatened to sue them after a HUGE HASSLE with dealing with them way back in the 1990's. They said that I only had a regular membership and not a "LIFETIME Membership". So after I threatened then with taking to my lawyer (after I had called and spoke with them about it at least five times, sent them cancelled checks to prove that I paid that $300.00+ or whatever it was) they finally sent me a jacket, but the jerk that argued with me asked me what exact size too send me, and I told him an XL. And that guy who was so rude sent me a size Men's L instead of a men's XL on purpose and he wouldn't exchange it when I called back and told him that they sent me the wrong sized jacket. Instead of giving me the right size one by exchange or a full refund of my money he gave me nothing but nasty attitude. I remember being VERY TICKED OFF at that guy, and at the HCOA.

I WOULD LOVE TO SUE THEM FOR LYING TO & STEALING FROM ME AND MANY OTHER PEOPLE!
