I cancelled my subscription immediately after I took it out and I had received nothing for this subscription. I had a hardship and requested them to cancel the bill immediately after it was taken out and each month I put on the bill for them to cancel the subscription. I DO NOT WANT THE SUBSCRIPTION AND I WANT IT CANCELED IMMEDIATELY AND FOR THEM TO STOP SENDING ME BILLS.

I keep getting billed for nothing, they never kept their end of the deal and sent me anything like they were suppose to and yet they keep billing me for $24.00 for nothing. Nice company what a fraud they are !!!! BEWARE!!!!

Didn't sign up for membership, suddenly got magazines,tried to contact them, but no answer for 2months but steadily getting billed for product. Don't want anything from company, and. Have. no number to speak too custmoer
Service, bout anything.this is a fraudulant company and needs to be shut down.they are trying too take it too collections when u can't. Even get a chance too be heard.funny how they say they haven't heard from me when I already left a complaint. I feel like there needs too be justice in this matter,before it goes too my credit. Furhermore my bill doesn't. Even have a price to pay andd didn't get a free gift that I was offered.thank you.

I was sent a booklet to "evaluate I guess" and I did not order it but was billed. I was sent a return merchandise label but I do not know which book to return. It is not mentionmed in the letter I received.
I called the toll free number and was put on hold for over 7 minutes with no answer.
They should tell me in their letter which book I am to return.

Sent Check to them on 01-26-2012. They had no problem cashing it, but they keep sending more bills inpling that they didn't get any monies yet. They were to send a FREE Bucket Organizer + 3-piece screw extractor set. Nothing has showed up.
I have tried all E.Mail addresses & haven't been able to connect with them.

Last Year I cancelled My Membership and told them not to send anymore of that junk. Well I thought I was finished with them, because I kept sending the stuff back.
