dstv .....

i have been with dstv for years now ,with DSTV i understand if u dont make a payment you dont watch anything .listen to what happened december i didnt pay anything i went for holidays so paying was a waste then on the 10/01/2017 they send me a sms that i owe them R736.70 (Which is not my package ) i call them they say they are charging me double because i didnt pay december ???? i dont understand why cause i know if u dont pay you dont watch and when making a payment you pay reconnection fee >>>> my question is who did they agree with that they should open my channels when i didnt pay ??????
