Very poor customer service. Withdrew funds and 5 weeks later no pos. Changed rates for merchant services from what we agreed to higher on contract. I had to mention it to get it changed. Zero stars on this one.

The 'salesman' is a young man from Fort Wayne, pleasant enough. He promised us this POS was extremely good for a pizzeria, and if we didn't like it, we could send it back, no problem. WRONG. We didn't like it, and for nearly a year we tried to get a return authorization -- NO ONE would return our calls, and no one could deal with it when we did get through. Finally one day I called and the lady answering the phone told me that they didn't deal with return authorizations, just send everything back. A day or two later some one called to tell us they were sending someone out to pack it and take it back to Allentown. GREAT. He came. While here he told of hundreds of "returns" from very unhappy people which he had to deal with, and that our Karen was one of the most pleasant he'd dealt with. Then HT sent a statement for nearly $5,000.00 for us to terminate the contract. I ripped it up, sent it back and said they didn't keep their end of the contract, therefore it is null and void. This Harbor Touch Rubish, is nothing but a ploy to suck the unsuspecting merchants into a long term "non-cancelable" Lease, (although HarborTouch claims it is not a lease) in buying this, at best, run of the mill POS only to be gagged and bount to use this UnitedBank Card. That is where they are making their money hand over fist and pad their portfolio. They are nothing but another one of those blood sucking slugs who call themselves credit card processor. When in reality thery are nothing but another junior wan-e-be ISO aka a buy here pay here used card dealer.
