Friday night, Ocober 5, 2018 I ordered 2 burgers, 1/3 lb. The drive through was busy but no one else in the store. I ordered without ketchup, and the manager sent it back 3 times. There were 3 young men in the store and they were not able to keep up. Perhaps they need more training to handle the flow or I suggest you place an experienced older person with them until they are fully trained. A person from the drive through came in because their was not correct either. We were not able to eat the buns because they were so burned. Also, my husband loves the Frisco burger but it is never toasted at the Chesnee store. When we ask why, it is because the toaster is broken. My husband never orders one at the Chesnee location anymore.

Hardees, wake up and smell the coffee you sell! As a Christian, a mother, a grandmother and aunt, I too am repulsed by your sexist advertising . Your agenda is clear but in the long run you will lose many more customers over your recent TV ad. I draw the line here on spending any more of my dollars with you. There are other family oriented places that I can take my children to for hamburgers and fries. As a Sunday school teacher i have tried to teach young ladies the value of modesty and morals and inspire them to value themselves. Boobs and spandex have nothing to do with a fully loaded hamburger and I'm sorry for the many men out there who have to go to counseling and are struggling with sex addiction. These types of advertising do not help those struggling with these types of burdens and many of us prefer family friendly viewing when with our children. I agree that if you have to resort to sex to sell French fries then your product is not worth my hard earned money. I and many of my circle of friends acquaintances and associations will not be buying your food anymore. Ironically the parking lot at our local Hardees has been virtually empty lately . You cut off your nose to spite your face .
