Stopped by Hardee's to get breakfast. Still Had time before dinner switch over. Took them forever to wait on the 2 cars infront of us making it switch over time. A young male came out of the door and switched it over to lunch. I asked him if we could get breakfast since we had been inline for awhile. His reply was that they 3 biscuits and sausage if we wanted them but nothing else and he walked back inside. He all went to McDonalds and get what we wanted. Lost me as a customer.

I seldom complain about a place of business because nobody is perfect and mistakes can happen.However , every time I order anything in the afternoon or early evening the order is never right.Never. Wrong food every time.Long wait,etc.The morning shift is great.Always good food and good service.IF I ever go back in the afternoon which I doubt. I will go in and ddress the situation because I know there will be one.The last order was so bad it went in the trash.It was not even good enough for my cat. Sad.

I witnessed the manager of our local Hardee's belittling the shift leader in such ways that make me ashamed to have been in the same town as her.. she was tell ing her how worthless she was .. and as I witnessed this shift leader was the only one working at all . I saw her take orders at the window then the front counter and then I watch as she prepared all the food all while the manager was outside talking to her friends when she came back into the store she started talking down to the only person doing her job. And was scolding her like a child for taking to long to get the orders out .. I feel this woman needs to be removed from her position as a GM and the shift leader need recognized for outstanding work .. yes she was a little slow but taking orders at the same time as preparing them is a great tallent .. I witnessed this woman take an order over the headset and prepare the order then when she went to collectpayment she remembered the order to the letter while putting it in the register.. great service by Regina ... As it said on her name tag. Very disappointed in the manager who's name tag couldn't be read properly I believe it may have said Charlie. Not sure. That woman made me wish I did not eat at the store. Very poor leadership on her part

Bought 3 $5.00 box meals today. 11-9-2017. I noticed there were 25-30 Box meals sitting on the counter. As i order mine, i ask if i could get fresh ones. i was assured they would be fresh. We stayed inside to eat. The burgers were barely warm. The buns were dried up and flattened. Fries were just a little warmer than the burgers. Also, the fries were just loose in the box on top of the sandwiches. Not in a sack or wrapper of any kind. I must say I was disappointed with Hardees today. Ron

I am very disappointed with the Hardees 3-way Bacon Burger commercial with the scantily clad women and inappropriate innuendo. While sitting down enjoying an evening of television with my family, the last thing I would expect is to have to change the channel when a Hardees Ad comes on, yet that is what is occurring due to the inappropriate 3-way Burger commercial. Not only that, from now on, until Hardees chooses to remove such ads from TV, I will no longer support Hardees financially by visiting any of their resteraunt locations. I also intend to form a network of supporters who will take the same stance in order to protect our families from such inappropriate material being flaunted in our faces from a resteraunt that for years has been thought of as a place you can go with your family to enjoy a meal. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case for me and my family, nor will that be the case for others who simply desire a good meal from a place they feel not only provides good food, but a good family atmosphere and values. I truly am disappointed Hardees. Unless there is a change in your current method of advertising, from this day forward, you are "a thing of the past".
