I ordered something two weeks ago with no other option but to pay 18$ for shipping, thinking I'd give them a call during business hours, thinking that they'd help me out. Boy was I wrong. Never in my life have I ever paid this much for shipping, so I'm thinking it's Christmas time so maybe they are doing a thing so it will get here in two days? also wrong. Throughout the two weeks I got no response from customer service, on the tenth day I called the customer service number (3 times in a row) and finally got an annoyed "hello", that's it. I said is this customer service and he said "yeah". He gave me some crap about the weight of the product and the usps makes the shipping price and that he won't help me or give me a refund. I feel scammed. I've been a fan and a customer for ten years, also always bought merchandise at the shows. Honestly I'm pissed I won't be buying anything from these fking guys anymore some "fam" ha. I'll buy from majik ninja, I'm all about my bb boondox anyway. Fck u icp

I paid $100.00 for VIP passes to meet ICP before the entire concert began. We were told that we wouldn't be meeting with them until 8:30 instead of before the concert. All of the VIP guests lined up to meet with them at 8:30, and stood in line waited 2 hours on them to let us in. We missed half the show waiting. Finally, we got let into a room where we then had to wait another thirty minutes. When they finally graced us with there presence we were told to hurry up and hand them what we wanted signed because they only had ten minutes with us. The price I paid claimed to include a hug, dap, picture, and an amulet that was exclusive to VIP guests. We received none of these items not even the amulet. I feel as if I was ripped off and will most likely not be getting a VIP for any future concerts for ICP. I would like to be compensated or given what I was promised when I paid.

Have not got a tracking number are anything this makes me up in a fan of all the music from the juggalo family and I usually just go buy my cds in town are Waco decided to order some stuff from y'all on February 20 here it is march 12 and no tracking number are anything I just dissapoints me I call customer service and never get a person always answering machine and it says leave name order number and address and will get back to you but it won't allow you to do that so I would just like to no where my order is at please .
