no one pick up phone

1st i call 09 7412677 ,she ask me why call this number ??? sound very angry ! , and said this number is not check tracking number , then i ask for which number i need to call ? she give me 09----53 the line not so clear so i ask for 2nd time , she answer "i sudah baca bagi u , berapa kali u nak i baca ?", i call another number 09-7472853 , until now the answer is line busy and NO ONE PICK UP PHONE !!! pls be responsiblity !!!!!!
