I bought the insurance for my Dad when he visited US and we had to take him to the hospital for some doctor checkup. But HCC never paid anything to us and rejected all our claims and closed the file saying that insufficient information, but when I asked what information do you need, they checked and let me know that we have everything and asked me to file an Appeal. and it is been 6 months already and I never got the response for the appeal and they are saying that it is still in pending state. Should I be talking to any attorney as I can not let these scammers fool anybody. :(
