Good Luck with the phone call I've been ringing since the 28th march & I've sent 11 emails now I did get one back yesterday & all it said was they can't deal with the problem as it's against their terms & conditions & I have to ring the help line... I have rang Ireland & America & still can't get to speak to any one!!
I have rang consumer direct 08454040506 which I suggest you do the same it didn't get me any futher BUT they told me to write them a letter (HCG) & demarnd they give me my money or legal action will be taken, if every one rings consumer dircet then they get more power to close the website.

Have you rang your bank?? You need to tell them to report your card as stolen or HCG will be able to take more money,
in 30 days from when they took the £89.95 your bank has legal power to help you get your money back.
I am going to write to their head office not holding my breath though then I'll just let the back sort it.
Just make sure you keep all emails for the bank & log down every time you try & call .

Got the free trial as advertised all over the webr, 8 days into did not feel any different or weighed any less, so rang the company and told them dont send any more eg dont take my money, on my bank account this morning and they have taken £89.95. Rang them straight away and of course they said no record of you calling still awaiting a so called floor manager to contact me. Be very careful upto now i am mother of 3 still fat and £90 out of pocket...

The same thing happened to me. I am going to try and phone HCG tomorrow. Please let me know if you guys get anywhere in terms of getting your money back. I will keep you posted on any developments from my side. I can't believe that they can take 90 pounds without any consent unbelievable.
