I have made a transacted of Rupees 5000, by PAYZAPP (19/9/17) through (M-8505831540) (Credit card No-5241-9331-7352-5007) in a wallet. But the transaction is not successful done in PAYZAPP wallet. And amount is debit in credit card account. Some network issue may be. And the HDFC PayZapp the transaction his only show is last three months.
I have communicated same with customer care of PAYZAPP. And he replies the reference numbers (RR726204147949) to detail the Amount is refund in four minute in Credit card account (Credit card No-5241-9331-7352-5007).
I have check the credit card detail the amount is not credit in Credit card account. I have communicated the ICICI Customer care executive and they told me refund amount is credit in five working day. But after five days the amount is not credit my credit card account.

Bank also raised the charge Back Dispute: SR497633331 (Register date of dispute 4/10/17 and close date of 7/3/2018)
