last year HDFC took the responsibility of bank accounts of Steria India Limited. All the executive from HDFC told our employee sign on different forms, which employees are not interested too. Even they told us that it will be cancelled later on automatically.
If we take an example of Demat Account many employees are not aware what was that even then your executive told them that this will also cancelled with a normal charge of 25 /-.
I would like to bring to your attention that who all took this services they got a deduction of 890 /- this month. Sterians are very upset with this and they have escalated this to our corporate department and sterians don’t want to be a part of HDFC anymore.
Therefore request you to give us a solution so that we can do a better business and all the money that has been deducted should be refund to our employees.
We have 3 branches, one in Noida, Chennai and Pune and we don’t want to end up like this.
