Dear concern
i was an employee in hdfc bank and buy a policy of Rs 50000 pa premium under HDFC slic Crust guarantee return of 15% for 10 years and attend a call from your verification side and asked them i m employee i know all term , but as of know i check this policy cover as hard copy their is nothing like that as guaranteed return mention in the policy cover as i saw in the all of policy covers a sold my self as an bank employee and i never check before be coze of i m a part of hdfc bank and expected that nothing wrong was done with me, now i made a check on all that their is clause missing and its done on regular growth fund type policy with same crust plain
this very critical if this was done with employee's of your partner concern HDFC BANK employee what hep pend with a regular customer
i want my money back with interest of bank fixed deposit rate for years and above my policy number is 15914646
and its advice to you make it easy process not a take a so long and lazy that force me to go ahead

PREMIUM ALREADY PAID LETTER WITHOUT DETAIL OF SENDER"S ADDRESS.
ANOTHER CHEQUE FOR rS.9444.00 DEPOSITED ON 20.03.2013 DROP BOX BO PAHARGANJ WITH DATE 0N BACK HDFC 02 APRIL 2013 OF CHEQUE RETURNED VIDE LETTER
DATES 15.04.2013 LETTER WITHOUT DETAIL OF SENDER"S ADDRESS.FOR 9818.00 PREMIUM. REASON.
AS PER POLICY NOTE NO.3 AND 5 IT ALLOWS GRACE OF 35 DAYS FROM DUE DATE.
complaint IT WILL BE PROCESSED ON 07.03.2014 .kindly be viewed in the light of the policy documents & charges framed

not doing assignment of policies
I have submitted two life insurance policies for assignment prior to three months the company has yet not done
They are now doing saying that documents incomplete eventhough i have submitted all the necessary documents asked by its employee mr. Akash.
The company is irresponsble and very rude about providing the detail and answer and they are constantly asking for more documents which are not required as per policy terms or irda guideline
