duplicate billing

There appears to be a double billing on my credit card bill. I purchased pillow cases in June. On my June credit card bill there were 2 charges from HDICompany Store for $28. and $35.95. Only one of them is for the pillow cases that I ordered and received. I'd like a refund for the other charge.
