Refuses to pay for colonoscopy

They refuse to pay for colonoscopy, mammogram. Shingles shot,pneumonia shot.Said We had limited insurance. Not happy with these results. They lied about this colonoscopy to be paid for & others.I would like someone to take action on this.I can't afford it.why have insurance if they won't take of it.and why pay for they lied about & to the dr.
