I purchased health insurance via my Alaska PERS retirement plan who uses Payflex for premium payments. Despite being approved for insurance on 1-6 and submitting necessary information on 1-7 Payflex insists they have no information and are blaming PERS. Pers has re-submitted my information and still nothing. Why Alaska PERS and Aetna would associate themselves with this company is beyond comprehension. I'm going without necessary medical care because of their incompetence. Customer service reps are good quality but they are unable to fix anything. I suspect the complaints on this site are a very small amount of the problems they create. I would love for those who have had these nightmares to ban together and file a class action suit that would put them out of business.
