I signed up with this insurance in May and they have paid nothing and will not answer the phone numbers provided for customer service.

Crooks signed me up for a life insurance policy costing 130. Month, that I was unaware of. I signed up for health insurance, they said the cost was 202. They said the amounts of 83 and 130, would come out as separate amounts for doctor, then prescription and hospital plan. It still came out to 213. It wasn't until a representative called to ask why my payment was late, and I explained it would be paid in a few days, she explained the amounts and their description. Furious! When she said, 130, was for life, accident and dismemberment!!! I never signed up for that!!!! I am so sick of being screwed by insurance companis. People wonder why us hard working good people end up dead. WE CAN'T GET GOOD COVERAGE, AND OUR MEDICATION!!!!!!!!
