I have been told many different ways to get visits, hospitalizations and procedures covered partially up tp 60-70%. Then I was hospitalized and had emergency surgery and now the insurance company is not paying. Their reason is out of network, or they just don't pay anything without a reason. I've been with this company since 6/2-2016. I haven't payed a single bill because I'm still trying to work with them to get some of the bills paid. Have been sent to collections on a $4000 medical bill because I'm getting no where with the insurance company! I can't cancel and go somewhere else. Nobody else will pay on pre-existing bill. I have to work with their negotiating department and the hospitals negotiating dept. That's all I have!

Signed up my daughter for First Health insurance but having to go through Health Insurance Innovations, and Axis, whatever that is. Supposedly signed up for health, dental and vision coverage but AD&D is included which we never signed up for. Can't find anywhere that covers a dentist or optometrist and there is no one on the phone that can help. No doctors recognize the insurance. Been paying $240 broken down by three separate charges per month for 5 months through my credit card. Cancelled my card because I am not confident they will not keep changing me. I'd like to pursue a class action lawsuit as someone mentioned here.
