Just canceled my wife's policy which we started on the 14 of November after finding out that the medical tests she had done and I was told were covered by the agent were in fact not covered. We are now stuck with the bill for those tests and I will see how long they will take to refund my premium. They said 3 to 5 business days and I will check the card I used to pay for it and dispute the charge if it isn't. Someone should bring a class action suit against this predator..
