This place is a joke. Do not give them personal information. While looking for health insurance, this place calls me. Very nice man named Dale. He went over what would be covered and what I would pay. Sent me an email to electronically sign. He gave me 2 contact numbers....1 was customer service and one was his extension. I gave him all my information (stupid me). After we got off the phone, I realized I may have messed up. Called back and told the customer service guy that I wanted to cancel. He said he'd have my representative call me back. Never got a call. Called customer service again and was placed on hold for 25 min before I hung up. I cancelled my card before they could take any money from me but these people have my ssn address everything. I also tried to add the "owner" on Facebook and sent him messages. But I'm sure I'll hear nothing back. Be careful who you give your info to. I definitely learned my lesson.
