Broken Health Master not replaced

Dear Montel,

First let me say that I depend on your blender to make all my meals because of ongoing oral surgery.

When I first made my decision to purchase a high speed blender I chose the Health Master over Vitamix and Blendtec. At first I was really happy with the way it performed but then the blender broke down and I called customer service and they sent me a new one. Within a month it broke down again. I called customer service on June 3rd and they said they would send me a new base and a label to sent the old one back. I did not receive anything. I called back on June 7 and spoke to Melvin who said that he was sorry but he could not send me out a machine without getting the old one back. He would send me out a new label to send the old one back. At this point I was so angry I asked to speak to a supervisor. He said there was no one available. He then said he had spoke to a supervisor and he would send me out a brand new machine and it would take 7 – 10 days and that I should use the label enclosed to send back the old one. Today is the 27th of June and still no machine. I called again and spoke to a supervisor this time who told me they send out a label for the return but NO new machine on the 24th of July. He also promised this time to send me a new machine. Your guess is as good as mine whether I will receive it. I am frustrated, angry and disappointed in your company. I would like my money back. I paid for an extended warranty and your machine has done nothing but cause me anguish. If this were just an appliance that I used occasionally then I could wait but unfortunately I rely on it to eat on a daily basis. I hope you’ll get back to me and not be like the company that you own.

Broken Health Master not replaced

We have the Living Well Montell Health Master, less than 2 years old and that does not work.
Piece of junk, it's TV hype.
