Received email offering free sweepstakes entry.
In fine print I apparently subscribed to Town and Country for $18 a year.
Tried to cancel.... YOU CAN'T LOG IN AND CANCEL UNTIL YOU RECEIVE THE MAGAZINE.

This is unethical behaviour and has prompted me to stop all contact with Hearst products.

I want to complain about my December 2017/January 2018 Town and Country
Magazine which I received yesterday in horrible condition.
All I had was just the cover of the magazine and no inside
and this has never happened to me before.
I want a new magazine to replace the damaged one..
since I know my next issue won't be until February 2018.
Can you help me?

I subscribed to House Beautiful with the offer of also receiving one year of Veranda for free. I chose to pay by check so the auto renewal would not have my credit card number to use without my permission. I also crossed out the auto renewal fine print, so did not agree to it. After only receiving four issues, I received a bill that stated that I was auto renewed since I had agreed to their auto renewal policy(I certainly did not!) and the letter demanded payment. It took me an hour on the computer to work through their system of not recognizing my(correctly entered) account number or my email, to cancel my subscription. Today, I received the same letter billing me for auto renewal of my "free" subscription to Veranda. I will never ever subscribe to a Hearst publication again. Life is too short to deal with the annoyance of their scam auto renewal policy.
