I ordered a digital camera. The camera was defective, it did not work AND the attachments that were included were for a different brand of camera. I immediately returned the camera (with insurance and required receipt sign off) and when I was finally able to get someone on the phone, she acknowledged the record showed it had been received but "processing was slow because they just updated their systems" and instead of 1 week it may take 2 weeks for my refund. After 3 weeks I tried calling again, numerous times, and either received a message that call volumn was extremely high, try sending an email (which I also did to no avail) or try back later and was immediately disconnected or spent over 30 minutes on hold because there were 11 and on another attempt 14 callers ahead of me. I realized the recording was merely a scam to get the caller to hang up and give up. Fortunately, my order was made through PayPal and once I made a complaint with them they resolved my issue and gave me a refund. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED FOR FRAUDULENT PRACTICES.
