I went there for the first time yesterday to get my hair dyed. I specifically showed them the picture of the colour that I wanted, which was maroon red. They told me that this colour cannot be achieved without bleaching, which I fully understood. They then proceed to inform me that they will try their best to give me red. However, my hair turned ORANGE. My roots were a shocking BRIGHT orange and the rest of my hair at the lower part was DARK BROWN. It was totally uneven!!! I mean, yes if you dont give me red I can understand, but ORANGE??? and uneven??? The stylist sensing something wrong, immediately dried my roots (only) after treatment (which was basically just a hair mask) and "touched up" my roots (which was basically re-dyeing)! I asked him if this would harm my scalp since one cannot dye twice within a day. He then said that he will give me some scalp treatment; which in the end was a few drops of I have no idea what, which he then massaged into my scalp (as if anything will work??). All in all, he could not speak proper english and I gave up trying to communicate with him. Sitting there for 4hrs, coming out with a colour that looks like my original and hair condition that is even drier now. I am really utterly disappointed with this salon and its stylists. I mean, I had thought it was kind prestigious but I guess I was wrong. The colourist was probably colourblind to have thought red was orange. Anyway, I will obviously not patronise them ever again, and I urge you not to too.
