Re : My Earlier post about exceptionally poor customers service from Hello Mobiles call Centre in Manila. Please find above the Transcript of the Chat i had with Edward who is one on the customer Care Team agent in Manila. I have formed an opinion that Edward had a Masters Degree in lying and is an ideal staff Member who knows how to suck up on their Managers to save his Job and be in Good books with him/her. this man has created so many problems. Above chat Transcript confirm that Hello Mobile Customer Care Team member Crissie was rude to me and her manager Mr Chris plummer took no action which has raised many concerns. One would ask Since Mr Plummer has got enough evidence and why He was reluctant to take an action. what relationship he has with the accused whicch has stopped him to take appropriate action. You will note from the chat transcript that i asked edward to have some one from Hello Head office in sydney to call me to discuss this matter definitely not Mr chris plummer. I was very disappointed when Mr Chris plummer rang me i nicely asked him what action he intends to take against Chrissie. He replied I am investigating it and waiting for the call recording, since there was no phone Conversation involved but was only a Chat and it was confirmed ( see Chat Transcript above that Mr Plummer has already got the Transcript of my chat with Chrissie but Mr plummer is a incompetent that he was not even aware of the situation while His staff is suggesting that he is well aware and has got Evidence but the phone call from Chris plummer who I understand is responsible for over all operation of the Customer care Team that either i was mislead told lies by edward or Mr plummer for some reasons was protecting Chrissie and this has raised lot of concerns in my mind. i would ask Senior management of hello Mobiles to please fully investigate Mr chris plummer position and his conduct as a Manager. what is stopping him to take an appropriate action and if he is a close friend of Chrissie. I have from my experience learnt that Hello Customers Care Team in Manila is a Factory which produces Mental iollnes and tell lies. I invite dear all to please read the above Chat transcript that will reveal that Customer Care agent was telling lies and most importantly Mr plummer has no intentions t6o take any action against the accused young Female agent. i am seeking full investigations in to this and like to ask Mr plummer why Chrissie is so important that you took no action and what you doing there getting big pay packets. you have failed in your duty of to Hello customers. you are incompetent and must resign. I assume hello is sending millions of Dollars to improve their Customers service where that money is going if it was being spent for the true purpose than I would not have faced incompetent peoples like Chris plummer, edward and chrissie. This is a very exciting point am about to share with you and Readers will hate Hello Mobiles. The day i shared my experience with Hello staff on complaint Board i received a phone call from rose from hello mobiles at 1.15 Am which I refused than i received another call from edward half an hour later that was 1.45 Am. can any one tell me if that was the right time to call and I was offered 4 40.00 worth of Credit and when I asked what I need to do in return Edward told me to remove my earlier post from the complaint Board. it was disgusting and I felt insulted. Above Chat transcript with edward will support my allegations. i will continue naming and shaming Hello, Mr chris plummer until such time matter is fully investigated along with Mr plummer conduct as a manager and it is investigated why Mr plummer was reluctant to take an action against the young Female Agent chrissie who was so rude to me on chat. Mr plummer is most incompetent Manager i have ever come across My next post will have his picture there for dear all to see. I urge all those who had a problem with Hello Customers Care team to come forward , name and shame them. I further urge to think twice before becoming Hello mobile Customer. I am asking hello CEO to intervene order an enquiry why Mr plummer took no action against young Female agent chrissie, when he rang me why he was unaware of the situation, why i was called so late and offered 4 40.00 to remove my previous post all is documented in the above Chat transcript.
