Complaint about MALAYSIA POS Lost Parcel

I am soooooooooooo annoyed with Malaysia Pos and Australia Post for losing my parcel which consist of an expensive motorcycle helmet, boots and a visor .This was send on the 7/04/2015 from Melbourne and the Tracker was : EQ030266523AU .A few days later the tracker said it was in 'despatched' mode.I waited for a reply from my friend,but he said they haven't recieved it in Labuan.So i called Australia post on the 15/04 and they said they will send an enquiry about this to Malaysia Pos.
In this case i was given an Ref No .1500851 and assured that they are checking with Malaysia Pos.Being apprehensive,i emailed Malaysia Pos and they replied that they have not got this tracker number EQ030266523AU !My apprehension increased.i called Ausralia post again and they said its a bit peculiar that they haven't recieved a reply from Malaysia Pos on this matter and they will resend an email.
Waited till the 22/04 and rang Aust Post again,still no news.Yesterday after ringing ,they send me an email saying that since they have not got anything from Malaysia Pos,the items are now presumed lost !Goodness me,how can a tracker number be lost.This is what a feared most about Malaysia Pos,in the distance past i've not trusted them as i am apprehensive that some of the staff there are unethnical and pilfering thieves,now this has happened in 2015...lost...how can this happen?Surely there is someone who has to note down the track number when it was send on the 9/04?
Could someone please check if it has been stolen or misplaced somewhere.Its just so annoying that i took all the trouble to send expensive items to Malaysia and the flimsy excuse of the tracker is not found is still being used as an excuse.Catch the culprit,surely there are people handling this package who are unscrupulous and greedy and if this prevails,the reputation of Malaysia Pos is in doubt.I'm very mad about this and will keep on enquiring how this could happen.Tracker lost-not a good enough excuse,this is not malaysia airlines MH370 all over again.Incompetence is not the word,a den of thieves is more likely the right reasoning .
In this day and age,with all the technology available this cannot be happening.Its deliberate human interference that has caused this so i regard this as someone in Malaysia Pos has pilfered the items and Malaysia Pos is held accountable.Don't you reckon.Just being slack and not wanting to properly conduct a thorough investigation is like constantly unlocking the back door of a house and letting thieves come in endlessly.Something has to be done to find out what happened .Only way for this disgraceful incident to not reoccur again in the future i reckon.
A Post office is supposedly one of the trusted symbol of any nation.If the post office is untrusted by the general public,then its like the judicial system is not trustworthy in a country.
I really liked to get to know where my parcel has gone to.I'm absolutely certain that it can be tracked down -lost is not a valid excuse.Everything can be tracked down with evidence,where it was missing ,who handled the parcel,etc.
Please request Malaysia pos to recheck and where the trail leads to or end.Someone has to be responsible for this.If malaysia pos requires further information and paperwork regarding this matter, kindly email me .This photo attachments finds my forms too big to attach,have you got an email i could send the evidence to please?
