in august of 2017 i rented a car in Italy from Hertz a month later after i return the car my visa was billed 30.5 EUR four times in the month of October 2017 and once in the month of January 2018 i did not dispute the charges as i trusted the rental company but
i Just received a formal notice and warning from some attorney in Florence to pay in 15 days for each traffic infraction 297.45 EUR the increase in the fine is due to late payment.
now I do not know the reason for these charges it could be that hertz never paid the fines but charged me for it
