On September 22,2023 Hertz suspended my rental privilages and revoked my President's Circle without provocation. I am requesting immediate installation of my points and privilages.

I am a President's Circle Membership. I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration regarding the recent termination of my membership and the suspension of my rental privileges by Hertz Corporation. I believe that this action was taken unjustly and without proper justification, and I have made extensive efforts to address this matter with your company to no avail.

My membership with Hertz has been an integral part of my transportation needs for several years, and I have always valued the convenience and quality of service that your company has provided. However, my recent experiences have left me deeply concerned about the way my concerns have been handled and the implications of such actions on my membership status.

Over the past several weeks, I have made multiple attempts to resolve what your company claims are "additional charges" on my account. I have written emails, made numerous phone calls, and even visited your local office in person on multiple occasions to inquire about these charges and to ensure the accuracy of my billing. Regrettably, my attempts to obtain any and all clear and satisfactory explanation regarding these charges have been met with unresponsiveness and lack of transparency from your end. This level of customer service is not reflective of the standards that Hertz Corporation which is known.

I strongly believe that my membership and rental privileges have been terminated and suspended without just cause, and I request immediate reinstatement. The lack of communication and transparency surrounding these alleged "additional charges" is not only causing me financial distress but also undermining my trust in Hertz Corporation as a reliable and reputable car rental service provider.

If my privileges are not promptly restored, I will have no choice but to explore all available legal avenues to seek redress for the harm caused, including initiating a class-action lawsuit against Hertz Corporation on behalf of all cars/Tesla renters who have experienced similar issues related to unexplained and unjust membership terminations and or financial penalties.

I hope it does not come to that, and I implore you to resolve this matter promptly and in a manner that respects my rights as a valued cusatomer. I expect a detailed response to this letter within 15 days of receiving it, outlining the steps Hertz will take to reinstate my membership and rental privileges and address the unjust charges on my account.

Failure to do so will leave me with no alternative but to pursue legal action to protect my rights and those of others who have been similarly affected. I trust that your company will take this matter seriously and act in accordance with the law and its commitment to customer satisfaction.
