Mistreated by site manager

I want to file a complaint about the way I was treated at your Hertz location in Irving Texas by their site manager, I believe his name is Caleb Craig (he did not want to give me his name) at 3401 W Airport Fwy. #137 Irving TX

As I was there to pick-up a reservation I was told that I had to pay extra for a service that I was not aware of, so I was griping about the added driver rate. I was simply trying to explain my frustration for the added cost of adding a 2nd driver. I am a long time Enterprise customer and I selected Hertz (becoming members) for two reasons (1) to give it a try and (2) because of its convenient location, close to work. We are regular car renters (business and holidays), but in our experience, we've never been treated with such blatant disregard for civility, respect and customer care, anywhere.

The associate that was helping me was explaining the reason for the rates, when the manager interrupted what I was trying to say and began screaming at me, not letting me explain my objection. He did not listen or allowed me explain myself, he just did not like what I was complaining about, and plainly stated that the rate was policy. I tried to continue my conversation with the associate, then the situation escalated, he began repeating non-stop in a high tone "do you want the car!!!", "do you want the car!!!" "I can take it back and cancel your reservation!!!" and it wasn't until I said okay, that he backed off.

I felt threatened by his stance and overly aggressive tone. My wife got very nervous and wanted us to leave. I have never been so insulted and so humiliated by somebody that I was trying to do business with. When I asked him for his name or business card, he asked me what I needed it for, when I told him I was filling a complaint for the way he was treating me, he said "no, you don't need it". His attitude was uncalled for, I'll never do business with Hertz again.

At one point, his words were so aggressive I threaten him with calling the police. It wasn't until my wife asked to leave, that he backed off. We needed the car, so we finalized the reservation and got out of there. Please cancel my membership.
