I was charged a fee of 35.00 on 12/6/19 after I already paid hertz on October 3, 2019 for a rental. Car was returned with full tank of gas. No scratches or dents on the car. This fee was not authorized and I have no idea what it is for two months after I returned from Italy. I called my bank and I refuse to pay this amount Hertz (dollar) ripped me off when I traveled to florida and I paid it and I wasn't happy about it. same thing happened again and I am not paying this amount! its fraud! enough already!!
