I returned my rental car in perfect condition and with a full tank of gas. Four months after I'm being charged $34.30 (twice).

I came back from my vacation in Italy two months ago and still Hertz Italiana is charging fees into my MasterCard Account. Hertz Italiana is a SCAM!!! They requested to you your credit card account number and after you go back to your country, they continue charging you. When you contact them claiming your money back, they ignore you and there is not way to get the refund. DO NOT RENT CAR WITH HERTZ ITALIANA SPA!!!!!

I prepaid y rental car at Hertz Rome. During the rental period I damaged the car slightly on the rear bumper. For this an additional invoice was made.
In this invoice there are various posts that are completely unintelligible and have not been agreed upon by me beforehand, like

Oneri locali 154 Euro
Oneri automobilistici 42 Euro
Oneri trattamento danni 50 Euro

All this on top of the fee for the damage.
What means riduzione (reduction) in this case? What are Local fees? for what what are Automobilistic fees???? What are handling fees for the damage? I want an explanation and the proof that these fees have been explicitly agrred upon in the contract. Otherwise I expect these fees to be waived. This has nevver happened to me with any car rental company.

Hired a car, settled amount and 3 months later they took money out without my permission claiming i had a fine to pay
Fine was 7 euros and 35 euro admin charge !!!

I WAS CHARGED 8 TIMES , THE AMOUNT OF 43 EUROS ...hERTZ SAID IT WAS TRAFFIC FINES , WHILE I DIDNT TAKE A SINGLE FINE.
WHEN I CHECKED THE INFORMATION THEY PROVIDED ME WITH , I NOTICED THREE FINES AT THE SAME PLACE AND DATE IN 12 MINUTES ....EACH 43 EUROS.
hertz CHARGED 8 TIMES 43 EUROS ON MY CREDIT CARD...AND NO ONE YOU CAN TALK TO ...BAD SERVICE...NEVER AGAIN DEAL WITH HERTZ.
