Charge for Damage

Rented car June 26, 2016 in Rome and returned undamaged in Florence 6 days later. No damage, no notice of damage on documents. August 19, 2016 received billing invoice for "accident" for 159. euros. I've reached out to every contact in US and Italy to get response to no avail.
